How do I add a connection?
You don't need to. Everyone from your event is connected automatically once it ends — there's no "add" button and no request to send. All the people from your group appear under Connections in the app on their own.
Can I connect with someone who wasn't in my group?
No. Connections come from events you attended together. You can't add someone who wasn't at your event, and there's no way to search for or invite people outside of it.
How do I remove a connection?
Blocking someone removes the connection. To block a person:
- Go to Connections in the app.
- Find the person.
- Tap the ••• menu and select Block User.
Blocking stops them from seeing your profile and prevents future matching.
Does reporting a no-show remove a connection?
No. Reporting a no-show is only used for internal tracking — it doesn't remove anyone from your connections or affect future events.
