Why don't my connections appear after the event?
Connections are created automatically once the event ends, so they should show up on their own. If they're not there yet, it's usually one of a few things:
- The event hasn't been marked as finished yet. Connections appear once it's over, not during.
- The app needs refreshing. Pull down to refresh, or close and reopen the app.
- You're on an older version of the app. Update it from the App Store or Google Play.
Do I need to complete feedback to see my connections?
No. You're connected automatically whether or not you finish the post-event feedback. Completing the feedback unlocks your Impressions, but it isn't required to see your connections or use chat.
A connection disappeared — what happened?
If someone you were connected with is no longer there, the most common reason is that one of you blocked the other, which removes the connection. Reporting a no-show doesn't remove anyone.
What if they still don't appear?
If your event is over, the app is up to date, and your connections still aren't showing, contact support with your event date and city so we can look into it.
