What counts as a venue problem?
Anything about the place itself rather than your group — the food, service, atmosphere, noise, the bill, the price range, or the venue being closed or hard to find. Most issues fall into one of a few categories, and the right step depends on which one.
How do I report a problem with my venue?
After your event, you'll be prompted to share feedback in the app. Use the venue section to rate the experience and describe what didn't work. To leave feedback:
- Go to Events in the app.
- Select the event in question.
- Under impressions, tap Let's go and complete your feedback.
Your feedback is reviewed by our team and used to improve venue selection.
What if the problem was serious?
If the experience was significantly below standard — the venue was closed, refused to serve, or something went clearly wrong — contact support and include the event date, city, venue name, and a description of what happened.
