Why couldn't I be seated?
This usually comes down to something on the venue's side — overbooking, a reservation that didn't reach them, or not enough space when your group arrived. It's not something you did wrong, and we follow up with the venue whenever it happens.
What should I do at the venue?
Let the staff know you're with the Timeleft group and ask whether the reservation is under the booking name. If there's genuinely no space, check whether the rest of your group has the same problem — it helps us understand what happened.
How do I report it?
Contact support as soon as possible and include:
- The event date and city
- The venue name
- What happened when you arrived
- What the venue told you
If you were eventually seated despite the issue, please still report it so we can follow up with the venue.
