Why can't I see my event in the app?
If your booked event isn't showing up, try these steps:
- Check you're logged into the correct account - you may have a second account from signing up with a different email or login method.
- Pull down to refresh on the My Events screen.
- Check your email for a booking confirmation.
Why can't I see my venue details?
Your venue and group details will become available automatically in the Timeleft app at the reveal time shown on your event page. It will be revealed 12 hours before the event start time.You can check the countdown in the app to see exactly when your details will unlock. Once the countdown reaches zero, you’ll be able to view the venue name, address, map link, and group information. If it's already within that window and you still can't see them:
- Pull down to refresh.
- Log out and log back in.
- Check your email for a venue confirmation.
