Why can't I see my event in the app?
If your booked event isn't showing up, try these steps:
- Check you're logged into the correct account — you may have a second account from signing up with a different email or login method.
- Pull down to refresh on the My Events screen.
- Check your email for a booking confirmation.
Why can't I see my venue details?
Venue details are revealed 24 hours before your event. If it's already within that window and you still can't see them:
- Pull down to refresh.
- Log out and log back in.
- Check your email for a venue confirmation.
What if I still can't see anything?
If none of the above works, contact support with your event date and city, and we'll help you find your booking.
