How do I cancel my reservation?
Open the app, go to My Events, tap the event, then select Cancel Reservation and confirm.
Is there a deadline to cancel?
Yes. What happens depends on how far in advance you cancel:
| Time before event | What happens |
|---|---|
| More than 48 hours | Free cancellation |
| 24–48 hours | Cancellation allowed — possible penalty |
| Less than 24 hours | Late cancellation — no-show fee may apply |
| No cancellation | No-show — fee applied automatically |
How do I modify my reservation?
You can update your event preferences from the app rather than cancelling and rebooking.
