Booking takes a few steps in the app:
- Open the Timeleft app and go to the Book screen.
- Select your event type — dinner, coffee, run, or drinks.
- Choose your preferred date.
- Set your preferences: language, budget, and dietary needs.
- Confirm your booking and complete payment if required.
Booking requires an active subscription. If you don't have one, you'll be prompted to subscribe before you can reserve. You can hold bookings for several upcoming events at once during your subscription period.
What happens after I book?
Your group and venue are assigned after booking. You'll receive an email 24 hours before the event with your venue details, and your table number is revealed 1 hour before it starts.
Can I change my booking after reserving?
Yes. Bookings can be cancelled or modified from the app up to a certain point before the event.
