If your plans change, you can cancel or reschedule your event directly in the app. This article explains the deadline rules, what happens after the cut-off time, and what to expect if you’re a single-ticket guest or a subscriber.
When can I cancel or reschedule without penalties?
You can cancel or reschedule your eent up to 48 hours in advance with no penalties.
⚠️ Important: The cancellation window always closes at 11:59 PM, regardless of your dinner time. The “48 hours” is a general guideline, but the official deadline is based on the calendar day cut-off.
What is the cancellation deadline?
Here are the latest times you can cancel or reschedule:

- ❌ Rescheduling is no longer available
- ✅ You can still cancel (even last minute)
How do I cancel or reschedule in the app?
Follow these steps:
- Tap Home to return to the main screen.
- Select Manage Reservation.
- Find the booking you want to update.
- Choose:
- Reschedule Reservation to select a new date
- Cancel Reservation to cancel your booking
- If canceling, select the reason that best fits.
- Tap Confirm.
You’ll see a confirmation message in the app. You may also receive a confirmation email.
What happens if I cancel after the deadline?
If you’re a subscriber and cancel after the deadline:
- You won’t be compensated for the missed dinner
- You can immediately book your next dinner — no waiting required
Your membership continues as usual.
What if I have an emergency and need to cancel late?
If you have an unexpected emergency:
- Go to the Help Center contact form
- Select Reservation Issues
- Choose Late Cancellation
