You can cancel at any time. Where you cancel depends on how you originally subscribed:
If you subscribed directly through Timeleft:
- Open the app and go to Profile → Settings → Subscription.
- Tap Cancel Subscription and confirm.
If you subscribed through the App Store (iOS):
Go to iPhone Settings → [your name] → Subscriptions → Timeleft → Cancel.
If you subscribed through Google Play (Android):
Go to Google Play → Profile → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions → Timeleft → Cancel.
What happens after I cancel?
Your access continues until the end of your current billing period — cancelling doesn't cut you off immediately, and no further payments are taken afterward. Any upcoming reservations you've already made stay confirmed until the event date.
Why can't I find the cancel option in the app?
If you subscribed through Apple or Google, the subscription is managed by the store, not by Timeleft — so it won't appear as cancellable inside the app. You'll need to cancel it directly in the App Store or Google Play using the steps above.
