Timeleft subscriptions are generally non-refundable once a new billing period has started. However, our support team may review certain charges depending on what happened.
I didn’t mean to renew my subscription. Can I get a refund?
If your subscription renewed automatically and you cancelled after the renewal charge, including on the same day, the payment is generally not eligible for a refund because the new billing period has already started.
Situations where a refund may be reviewed
- You were charged in error
- You cancelled before the billing period started but were still charged
- A technical issue on our side prevented you from using the service
Contact support through our contact form and describe your situation. Each request is reviewed based on the circumstances, but submitting a request does not guarantee a refund.
If you subscribed through the App Store or Google Play
Refunds must be requested directly from Apple or Google. We are unable to process refunds for store-managed subscriptions.
- App Store: reportaproblem.apple.com
- Google Play: play.google.com/store/account/subscriptions
How to avoid the next renewal charge
Subscriptions renew automatically unless they are cancelled before the next billing date.
We recommend cancelling before this date to prevent the next payment from being processed.
Cancelling your subscription stops future renewals. It does not automatically refund a payment that has already been charged.
