This article explains how to switch to a different Timeleft subscription plan and what steps to follow to avoid interruptions in your access.
At the moment, there is no direct option within the Timeleft app to switch from one subscription plan to another.
If you’d like to move to a different plan (for example, from a 1-month plan to a 3-month or 6-month plan), you’ll need to follow the steps below.
Step 1: Cancel Your Current Subscription
You’ll need to unsubscribe from your current plan through the platform where you originally purchased it:
- Apple App Store
- Google Play Store
- Timeleft website (card payments)
Your subscription will remain active until the end of your current billing cycle.
Step 2: Wait for Your Plan to Expire
Once cancelled, your subscription will not renew, but you’ll continue to have access to all subscription benefits until the end of your paid period.
You cannot purchase a new plan until your current subscription has fully expired.
Step 3: Subscribe to a New Plan
After your current plan ends:
- Open the Timeleft app.
- Select the subscription plan you prefer.
- Complete the purchase.
Your new plan will begin immediately upon purchase.
Important Tip
To avoid any interruption in your access to Timeleft events, we recommend setting a reminder for when your current subscription expires so you can subscribe to your new plan right away.
