Why was I charged a no-show fee?
If you don't attend an event and didn't cancel in time, a no-show fee may be applied. It's there to keep spots reliable — when someone books and doesn't show, it leaves an empty seat the group was counting on.
How much is the no-show fee?
It's 35% of the cost of a one-month subscription, deducted from your next billing charge.
How do I avoid a no-show fee?
Cancel your reservation before the cancellation deadline if you can't make it. Cancelling more than 48 hours before the event is always free.

Can the fee be waived?
Genuine emergencies are reviewed case by case. If something serious came up, get in touch and explain what happened.
How do I dispute the fee?
Contact support and explain your situation. If you did attend the event, include proof — for example, a photo taken at the venue, a receipt, or anything else showing you were there.
