Why isn't my promo code working?
Most promo code issues come down to one of these:
- Typo — codes are case-sensitive, so try copying and pasting it instead of typing.
- Expired — the code may be past its valid date.
- Already used — most codes are single-use and won't work a second time.
- Wrong account — some codes are linked to a specific email address, so they only work on that account.
- Plan restriction — some codes only apply to certain subscription plans.
Where do I enter a promo code?
Enter the code at checkout when subscribing or booking, in the field for promo or discount codes. Make sure it's applied before you confirm payment — codes usually can't be added after a charge has gone through.
My code still won't work.
