- Open the app and go to Profile → Settings.
- Scroll to the bottom and tap Delete Account.
- Confirm.
Your account and personal data are permanently removed.
Do I need to cancel my subscription first?
Yes. Deleting your account and cancelling your subscription are two separate actions. Closing your account does not automatically stop an active subscription, so you can keep being charged even after the account is gone. Cancel first, then delete.

Is deleting my account permanent?
Yes. Once deleted, your profile, connections, event history, and personal data are removed and can't be recovered. If you want to keep your data but stop being contacted, adjusting your notification settings may be a better option.

Can I come back later?
You can use Timeleft again in the future, but you'll need to set up a new account — a deleted account can't be restored. If you'd like to return, get in touch through our contact form.
