What rights do I have over my data?
Timeleft collects and processes personal data to provide the service. Depending on where you're based, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or transfer that data under applicable privacy law. We verify your identity before processing any request and respond within 30 days.
How do I request a copy of my data?
Contact support and include:
- Your full name
- Your account email
- What specific data you're requesting — for example, profile data, event history, or payment records
How do I correct my data?
Most of your information can be updated directly in the app under your profile and settings. If something can't be changed there, contact support and let us know what needs correcting.

How do I delete my data?
You have two options:
- Delete your account and all associated data — this removes your profile entirely.
- Delete your personal data without deleting your account — contact support, specify that you're requesting data deletion, and include your full name, account email, and confirmation that you want your data deleted.
Some data may be retained where we have a legal obligation to keep it, such as financial records.
