- Check you're logged into the correct account — you may have a second account
- Pull down to refresh on the My Events screen
- Check your email for a booking confirmation
If your venue details aren't showing
Venue details are revealed 24 hours before your event. If it's past that window:
- Pull down to refresh
- Log out and log back in
- Check your email for a venue confirmation
