When this happens, we prioritize safety, transparency, and flexibility to ensure your experience remains smooth and stress-free.

What Happens if an Event is Affected?

If an unexpected situation arises that affects your scheduled dinner, we will reschedule it for the following week. There is no additional cost for this rescheduling, and we will work with you to find the most convenient option.

If this does not work for you, please contact the Customer Support Team, and we will be happy to change the date for you. 

How Will You Be Notified?

Communication is key, and we make sure that you are informed in advance. If a dinner needs to be rescheduled, you will receive an email with all the details.

We appreciate your understanding and patience in the event of unforeseen situations. Our goal is always to create memorable experiences, and we’ll do everything we can to ensure that happens, no matter the circumstances.

What should I do if I believe events should be canceled but haven't been?

If a storm, protest, or similar issue is expected to impact your attendance at the event and it hasn't been rescheduled, please get in touch with us.
Sometimes, your alert will help us identify an issue, and we will reschedule the whole city; at the very least, we will help you reschedule.
