Recommended option: Submit a request (Help Form)
The fastest and most effective way to contact our customer support team is through the “Submit a request” form in our Help Center.
Why this works best:
The form collects the right information upfront (like your email, city, and issue type).
This helps us understand your situation right away.
It allows our team to help you faster and more accurately.
Important Note for App Users
If you’re accessing the Help Center from within the Timeleft app, the “Submit a request” option may currently not work as expected.
What’s happening:
This is a known server issue.
The system may fail to properly verify requests or handle messages.
In some cases, messages may not send correctly or text may appear duplicated.
We know this can be frustrating, and we’re actively working on fixing it.
What to Do Instead
Option 1: Use your mobile browser (recommended)
To access the help form without issues:
Open your mobile browser (Safari, Chrome, etc.).
Click “Submit a request” and fill out the form.
This ensures your message is delivered correctly to our support team.
