This article explains how reserve more than one Timeleft Event. You’ll learn how to do it, where to find your upcoming bookings, and what happens when you reach the booking limit. If you want to plan ahead and attend more than one Timeleft event, this guide will walk you through it.
Great news! 🎉 You can now book multiple Timeleft events at the same time, directly in the app or on the website without any additional help.
The multi-booking lets you plan ahead and attend several events in the same week (or across weeks), depending on availability in your city.
What Is Multi-Booking?
Multi-booking allows you to:
- Book up to 5 upcoming events at once
- Book events on different days
- Book different event formats (dinners, drinks, women-only events, etc.)
- Book events in multiple cities
- View and manage all upcoming bookings in one place
How to Book Multiple Events
Step 1: Book your first event
Book an event as usual from the Home screen.
Step 2: Book another event
Once you have an active booking:
- Go to the Home screen
- Scroll down to “Book your next event”
- Browse all other available dates and formats
- Select another event and confirm your booking
You can repeat these steps until you reach the booking limit.
💡 Tip: Dates you’ve already booked will automatically be hidden so you can’t book the same event twice.
Where to Find Your Bookings
Home screen:
The Home screen shows only your next upcoming event.
Events tab:
The Events tab displays all of your bookings, including past events, today’s event, and upcoming events, with clear labels for each.
Booking Limit Rules
You can have up to 5 future bookings at the same time. Once you reach this limit, you’ll see a “Booking limit reached”message and won’t be able to book new events until one of your upcoming events has passed or you cancel an existing booking.
Booking in Multiple Cities
You can also book events in more than one city at a time. All you need to do is change your location in your profile and book the event of your choosing.
For example:
- You already have an event booked in Paris
- You can switch location and book another event in London
- Your Paris event will still appear on your Home screen
Accepting Event Invitations from Other Members
You can accept invitations even if you already have other bookings, unless the invitation is for the same day as an existing event. In this case, you will need to cancel your existing event and the invite will need to be resent as it will not work once you click on it.
