This article explains why Timeleft cannot issue refunds for purchases made through the Apple App Store or Google Play and how to request a refund directly from the platform used for payment.
Can Timeleft Issue the Refund?
No, if you purchased a subscription or ticket through the Apple App Store or Google Play, Timeleft cannot issue the refund directly.
Refunds for app store purchases must be requested through the platform where the payment was made.
Why Can’t Timeleft Process These Refunds?
When you pay through an app store, the transaction is handled entirely by Apple or Google, not by Timeleft.
This means the platform controls:
- Billing and payment processing
- Subscription management
- Refund decisions
Because of this, Timeleft cannot override their systems or manually process refunds for those transactions.
Apple App Store Refunds
Apple does not allow developers, including Timeleft, to issue refunds for App Store purchases.
All refund requests must be submitted directly to Apple and are reviewed by their support team.
How to Request a Refund from Apple:
- Visit Apple’s Report a Problem page
- Sign in using your Apple ID
- Locate the purchase
- Select Request a Refund
- Follow the prompts and submit your request
Apple will review your request and notify you of their decision.
Google Play Refunds
In most cases, Google Play also requires refunds to be requested directly through Google.
While Google may allow developer-issued refunds in rare situations, Timeleft is generally not able to refund Google Play purchases directly.
How to Request a Refund from Google Play:
- Visit Google Play’s refund request page
- Complete the form with your purchase details
- Submit your request
Google will review your request and inform you of the outcome.
Can Timeleft Help?
Yes. While we cannot issue the refund ourselves, we can help guide you if you’re unsure of which platform you paid through or where to submit your request.
If you contact us, please include:
