This article explains Timeleft’s refund policy for subscriptions and event purchases, including important information about auto-renewals and applicable withdrawal rights.
We want every Timeleft experience to be meaningful and enjoyable. To ensure fairness and consistency for all members, our refund policy is clearly outlined in our Terms & Conditions and presented before purchase.
Below is an overview of how refunds work.
Subscriptions
Timeleft subscriptions are generally non-refundable.
When you subscribe, you are enrolling in a recurring billing cycle that provides access to book events during your active subscription period.
Important Notes:
- Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled before the renewal date.
- No prorated refunds are provided for unused time after renewal.
- Canceling your subscription stops future renewals but does not retroactively refund the current billing period.
- You will retain access to your subscription benefits until the end of your paid billing cycle.
App Store Purchases (Apple & Google Play)
If your subscription was purchased through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store, billing and refunds are handled directly by those platforms.
Timeleft does not control payment processing, currency conversions, or refund decisions made by Apple or Google.
Any refund requests for App Store purchases must be submitted directly through your App Store account.
EU Right of Withdrawal
If you are located in the European Union, you may have a 14-day right of withdrawal for your initial subscription purchase, in accordance with EU consumer protection laws.
This right applies only to the first subscription purchase and may not apply once the service has been fully used during that period.
For complete details, please refer to our full Terms & Conditions, which govern all purchases and subscriptions.
