This article explains when your Timeleft event details become available in the app, including venue information and group details.
At Timeleft, we carefully curate each event to create the best possible group experience. Because matching and final event coordination happen shortly before your event, details are released in stages.
Here’s what you can expect:
Venue Information
All key event details, including the venue name, address, and meeting time, become available in the app 24 hours before your event (local time).
You’ll also receive an email notification letting you know your event details are ready to view.
We recommend checking the app once you receive this notification to confirm the location and timing so you can plan accordingly.
Your Group
Your group is carefully matched based on personality, preferences, and overall event balance to create a meaningful and engaging experience.
You’ll be able to view your group details directly in the app once event details are released. This may include shared languages, industries, or other common points that can help spark conversation.
Table Number
Your table number will appear in the app 1 hour before the event.
This helps ensure that final venue arrangements are reflected accurately and that everyone has the correct information upon arrival.

If you are within 24 hours of your event and do not see your venue information in the app, or if you experience any issues accessing your event details, please scroll to the bottom of this page and select “Submit a request.” Our Customer Support team will be happy to assist you.
