How do I know if I was at the wrong table?
Each group is assigned to a specific table. A common sign that something went wrong is if the people you sat with don't appear in your post-event feedback screen — that usually means you were seated with a different group than the one you were matched into.
What should I do during the event?
If you realise it during the event, check with the venue staff — they can confirm which table is the Timeleft group. It's worth doing this before everyone settles in, as it's easier to sort out early.
How do I report it after the event?
Contact support and include:
- The event date and city
- A description of who you sat with
