No one is at my table — what should I do?
Wait a little before leaving. Guests often arrive within the first 15–30 minutes, and venues usually hold the table during that window. Check you're at the right venue and, if there's one, the right table — the venue staff can point you to the Timeleft group.
How will I recognise my group?
Let the venue know you're with Timeleft when you arrive. Your group may be seated under the booking name, so staff can usually direct you to the correct table.
What if no one shows up at all?
If you've waited and no one arrives, contact support and include:
- The event date and city
- The venue name
- How many people were there (or that no one came)
