If you're experiencing issues with the Timeleft app, try these steps before contacting support.
Before contacting support, try these steps:
- Update the app — make sure you're on the latest version. See: How Do I Update the Timeleft App?
- Close and reopen the app — fully close it from your recent apps, then reopen
- Log out and log back in — go to Profile → Settings → Log Out, then sign back in
- Uninstall and reinstall — delete the app and download it again from the App Store or Google Play

Contact support through the Help Form and include a description of what's happening and what you expected, your device type and operating system (e.g. iPhone 14, iOS 17.4), your app version, and a screenshot if possible.
