If the address in the app or your confirmation email is wrong
Contact support through the Help Form as soon as possible. Include the event date, city, venue name, and the correct address if you have it. We'll update the record and notify other affected guests.
If your venue was changed after it was assigned
Venue changes can happen due to unexpected capacity issues, quality concerns, or operational reasons. We send an email notification as soon as a change is made — always check My Events in the app for the most current details. If the change caused a problem, contact support through the Help Form.
If the incorrect details caused you to miss or arrive late
