If you need to update the card linked to your Timeleft account, our team can help. At the moment, payment details can’t be edited directly in the app. To update the card on file, you’ll need to contact us, and we’ll take care of it for you.
This can be helpful if:
- Your card has expired, and you need to add a new one
- You’d like to switch to a different payment method
- Having trouble with the payment on file
How to Request a Payment Update
We are working to provide the option to update your payment method directly in your account, but for now, you must contact us to send you an "Update Payment Method" link.
- Submit a request to support under Subscription Management
- Let us know that you’d like to update your payment method.
- Wait to receive a secure link to update your information directly.
DO NOT click on any links to update your payment method unless you asked us directly to make this update, as we will not proactively send you a request. Once you can manage payment methods more directly in the app, we may start sending reminders about expiring cards.
