You can purchase a Timeleft subscription using a major credit card or through your device's app store. Depending on how your subscription was purchased, the cancellation process will differ. Please follow the steps below based on your payment method.
Important Note:
If your subscription was purchased through the App Store, it can only be managed or cancelled directly through your App Store account. Timeleft does not have control over payment processing, currency conversions, or transfer fees related to these transactions. For any refund requests, please contact the App Store directly.
Cancelling a Subscription Purchased via the Timeleft App (Using a Credit or Debit Card)
If you purchased your subscription directly in the app using a card:
Open the Timeleft app.
Tap the profile icon at the bottom right of the screen.
Under Subscription & Payments, tap Manage Subscription.
Select Cancel my subscription.
Once cancelled, your subscription will no longer auto-renew, but you'll still have access to the features until the end of your current billing cycle.
Cancelling a Subscription Purchased via the App Store (Apple Devices)
If your subscription was made through the Apple App Store:
Open the Settings app on your iPhone or iPad.
Tap your Apple ID name at the top.
Select Subscriptions.
Tap the Timeleft subscription.
Tap Cancel Subscription.
Confirm the cancellation.
Once cancelled, your subscription will show an expiration date instead of a renewal date.
Cancelling a Subscription Purchased via Google Play Store (Android Devices)
If your subscription was made through the Google Play Store:
Open the Google Play Store app.
Tap your profile icon in the top right corner.
Go to Payments & subscriptions > Subscriptions.
Select the Timeleft subscription.
Tap Cancel subscription.
Follow the prompts to confirm.
Important Notes
You’ll receive a confirmation email once your subscription is successfully cancelled.
If you didn’t receive the email or experienced any issues while cancelling, please scroll to the bottom of this page and click "Submit a request" to contact our support team.
Please note that auto-renewed subscriptions are non-refundable.
