This article explains how to log in correctly and what to do if you're still stuck. If you see a message saying you already have an account but you can’t access it, it usually means you signed up using Apple or Google login and are now trying to log in with a different method.
First, check these common issues
Before trying anything else:
- Make sure you’re using the same email address you originally signed up with
- If you have multiple email accounts, check each one to confirm which is linked to your Timeleft account
- If you signed up using Apple or Google, select that same login method again instead of entering your email and password manually
How do I log in with Apple?
If you originally chose Sign in with Apple, follow these steps:
- Open the Timeleft app
- Tap Sign in with Apple
- Select the Apple account you used to create your Timeleft account
- Enter your Apple ID password if prompted
Make sure you are logged in to your Apple ID on your device.
How do I log in with Google?
If you originally chose Sign in with Google, follow these steps:
- Open the Timeleft app
- Tap Sign in with Google
- Select the Google account you used to create your Timeleft account
- Enter your Google password if prompted
Make sure you are logged in to your Google account on your device.
Still can’t log in?
If you’re still unable to access your account:
- Scroll to the bottom of the Help Center page
- Click Submit a request
