Booking your Timeleft event is simple and seamless. Just follow the steps below to secure your seat at the table:
Step 1: Select Your Event Location and Date
Open the Timeleft app and:
Choose your preferred city
Pick the event or date you'd like to attend
Once you’ve selected a date, you’ll be directed to set your preferences.
Step 2: Choose Your Preferences
You’ll be asked to customize your experience in three key areas:
Language
Select your preferred language for the dinner event.Budget
Choose your preferred price range for the meal:$ – Budget-friendly (approx. 20 or less)
$$ – Mid-range (approx. 20 to 40)
$$$ – Premium (above 40)Dietary Restrictions (optional)
Options include Vegetarian, Vegan, Gluten-free, Halal, and Kosher.

While we do our best to accommodate dietary needs, not all dinners have high demand for specific restrictions. This may limit our ability to select restaurants based solely on dietary preferences.
Our priority is curating warm, meaningful dinner experiences by balancing factors like age, language, and compatibility.
We guarantee at least one main course option to suit your dietary restriction. We understand one option may not feel like enough, but this is what we can currently promise within our dinner structure.
Step 3: Edit Preferences (Optional)
Want to change your selections? Simply tap “Edit My Preferences” to adjust your choices.
Step 4: Confirm and Finalize Your Booking
Once you're happy with your preferences:
Scroll to the bottom of the page
Tap “Continue” to confirm
Choose a subscription or purchase a single dinner ticket
💡 Note:
The single dinner ticket option is only available in select cities. If it’s not shown, your selected city may no longer offer this option.
Once your booking is complete, your upcoming event will appear in the app under “Your Events.”

When will I see my restaurant and group details?
You’ll receive an email 24 hours before your event, prompting you to check the app for your assigned restaurant and group information.
What do I do when I arrive at the restaurant?
Let the restaurant staff know you're attending a Timeleft event and provide your table number (visible in your app).
