Timeleft allows participants to request "bad matches" to avoid being seated with specific individuals you know in real life. Requests can be updated anytime, maintaining privacy and enhancing your experience.
At Timeleft, we want every event experience to be exciting and meaningful. If you know someone who will be attending and you prefer not to be matched with them, we can make sure you’re not seated together.
You do not need to tell us why you do not want to be matched with them.
How to Request a Bad Match
If there’s someone you’d like to avoid being seated with, simply let us know their:
- Full Name of the Person
- City of the events this concerns
- Phone number (with country code)
- Email address (if you have it)
With this information, we’ll ensure that neither of you is placed at the same table in any of our dinners.
How to Submit Your Request
To request a bad match, please contact our support team with the details.
Your request will be processed quickly, and you’ll both continue enjoying unique connections, just separately.
Important Notes
- Privacy First: The person won’t be notified about the request or see any sign of it in the app
- Mutual Exclusion: Once set up, neither of you will be seated together at any Timeleft dinners.
- Edits & Updates: If your preferences change, you can always contact us to update your bad matches.
- Community & Special Events: If you attend a community event, such as Last Drinks, which is offered after some dinners in some locations, you may see the person.
