No Refunds for Subscriptions
All subscriptions are non-refundable. When you subscribe, you commit to a recurring billing cycle that allows access to dinners each week for your subscription period.
If you choose to cancel, you’ll still have access to book dinners until the end of your current billing period, but no refunds will be issued for unused time.
No Refunds for Single Tickets After Monday at 11:59 PM
Single tickets are non-refundable if canceled after 11:59 PM on Monday of the scheduled dinner week. This deadline allows us to finalize reservations and ensure a smooth experience for all attendees.
Your refund will be automatically processed if you cancel a single ticket before this deadline.
We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise, and while we cannot offer refunds, you’re welcome to reach out if you have any additional questions about your reservation.
