Can My Subscription be Refunded?

We want every Timeleft experience to be meaningful and enjoyable. To ensure fairness and consistency for all members, our refund policy is clearly outlined in our checkout page and presented before purchase.

Below is an overview of how refunds work.

The only way to use Timeleft is through a subscription. Subscriptions, our subscriptions, like all subscriptions, automatically renew until canceled. 

We do not offer packages or access for fixed time periods.

Refunds for Subscriptions 

Timeleft subscriptions are generally non-refundable.

When you subscribe, you are enrolling in a recurring billing cycle that provides access to book events during your active subscription period.

Important Notes:

• Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled 24 hours before the renewal date.
• No prorated refunds are provided for unused time or missed events. 
• Canceling your subscription stops future renewals but does not include a refund for the current billing period.
• You will retain access to your subscription benefits until the end of your paid billing cycle.
   

App Store Purchases (Apple & Google Play)

If your subscription was purchased through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store, billing and refunds are handled directly by those platforms.

Timeleft does not control payment processing, currency conversions, or refund decisions made by Apple or Google.

Any refund requests for App Store purchases must be submitted directly through your App Store account.
