To request deletion of your personal data without deleting your account
Contact support through the Help Form and specify you're requesting data deletion. Include your full name, your account email, and confirmation that you want your data deleted.
Note: Some data may be retained where we have a legal obligation to do so (e.g. financial records). We'll verify your identity and respond within 30 days.
