Why Can’t I Select My Zone When Booking?
If you’re trying to book a Timeleft experience and can’t select your preferred zone, don’t worry! Nothing is wrong with your account.
At Timeleft, we create curated social experiences designed to spark real-life connections in welcoming, thoughtfully selected venues.
If you don’t see a specific zone on a specific day, it simply means that the event type you selected isn’t available in that area.
Previously, participants could only view gatherings in one assigned zone, even if something great was happening nearby.
Now, you can explore multiple zones within your city. This gives you:
- More flexibility
- More availability options
- More chances to meet amazing people
Sometimes, the right experience is just one neighborhood away.
What You Can Do
If your preferred zone isn’t available:
- Try selecting a nearby zone — you may find great options close by
- Explore other event types if available in your city
- Keep checking back — new events are added regularly
