This article introduces Standalone Drinks, a casual Timeleft event focused on meeting new people over drinks without a full dinner. You’ll learn where these events are available, who can attend, what to expect on the day, and how Standalone Drinks differs from other Timeleft formats like Last Drinks.
We’re excited to introduce a new way to experience Timeleft: Standalone Drinks. This relaxed event offers a warm, casual setting where you can meet great people over drinks without the commitment of a full dinner.
Whether you’re new to Timeleft or a long-time member, Drinks gives you the chance to connect with others in a flexible, easygoing format.
In Paris, these events are now held weekly, allowing members to enjoy this gathering more often.
📍 Where is this available?
Standalone Drinks is currently available in select cities only.
To check if it’s offered in your area:
Open the Timeleft app
Select your preferred city
Look for the event labeled “Drinks”
If it appears, you’re in! Just tap to book and enjoy an easy-going Thursday night with great company.
⚠️ Note: This event is only available to Timeleft subscribers. It is not accessible to single-ticket users.
✅ What to Expect
Drinks only—no dinner included
A reserved table, limited to 6 people
A pre-booked venue, so all you need to do is show up at the scheduled time and place
Alcoholic and non-alcoholic options available—whatever makes you comfortable
Food is not guaranteed. Some venues may offer snacks or light meals for purchase, but this varies by location
This is a standalone event—there is no after-party or additional gathering afterward
⚠️ You must be of legal drinking age in your location to attend. The app typically only shows this event to users who meet the age requirement.
🔄 How This Differs From “Last Drinks”
You may already be familiar with Last Drinks, the optional get-together some groups enjoy after a Timeleft dinner.
Standalone Drinks are completely separate:
No dinner beforehand
No follow-up or after-event
The full evening is centered around drinks and conversation
🤔 Can I attend both a dinner and a drinks event?
Yes! As long as you have an active subscription, there’s no limit to how many events you can join. Even if you've already booked a dinner that week, you're welcome to attend a Drinks event too, as long as spots are available.
