How Do I Leave Feedback?

After your dinner ends, you’ll be invited to leave feedback directly in the Timeleft app.

Your review helps us improve future events and shape better group experiences.

Step 1: Rate the Restaurant

First, you’ll be asked to rate the restaurant from 1 to 5 stars based on your overall experience.

This feedback helps us evaluate our partner venues and maintain quality standards across cities.

Step 2: Rate the Attendees

Next, you’ll rate the other participants at your table using emoji-based ratings.

Your rating directly influences whether you may see this person again and whether a connection is created:

• 1 or 2 → You will not be matched with this person again.
• 3 → You may be seated together again in the future, but no chat connection will be created.
• 4 or 5 → If both of you rate each other a 4 or 5, a connection will be created and the in-app chat will unlock. You may also be matched again at future events.

Connections only happen when there is mutual interest (both participants rating each other 4 or 5).

Additional Feedback

After completing your ratings, you’ll have the option to leave open-ended feedback about your experience.

If you’d prefer to share feedback privately or need assistance, you can scroll to the bottom of this page and select “Submit a request.”

Missed the Feedback Window?

If you didn’t provide feedback while the dinner was still active, you can still submit it later.

Here’s how:

1. Go to Events in the app.
2. Select the dinner in question.
3. Open the dinner details.
4. Tap Submit Feedback.
5. Complete your ratings and comments.
