This article explains which profile details you can update directly in the app and which information requires assistance from Customer Support.
You can update most of your personal information directly from your profile in the Timeleft app.
To access your profile:
- Go to the Profile tab in the app.
- Tap Edit Profile at the top of the screen.
Any field that shows an arrow (›) on the right-hand side can be edited by tapping on it.
Information You Can Update
You can edit details such as:
- First name
- Phone number
- Relationship status
- Children
- Work industry
- Country of birth
Simply tap the field you’d like to change and save your updates.
Information That Cannot Be Changed in the App
The following information cannot currently be updated directly:
- Date of birth
- Email address
If you need to update either of these details, please contact Timeleft Customer Support for assistance. You can reach us by scrolling to the bottom of this page and selecting “Submit a request.”
