Cancelling Your Subscription

Automatic renewal

Each subscription is valid for 30 days, 3 months or 6 months and renews automatically. This information is displayed when you confirm your subscription (above the Pay button) and in our FAQs.

Cancelling your subscription

You can cancel your subscription at any time, up until the day before the renewal date. However, you will not be reimbursed for the period remaining after your cancellation, but you will retain access to your subscription for the remaining period.

You can cancel directly (and only) in your account.

How do I do this?

  • Log in to your account
  • Go to your profile (click on your photo at bottom right)
  • Click on "Settings
  • Click on "Manage my subscription".
  • Click on "Remove my subscription".

Apple Store or Play Store

App Store:

If you have signed up for a subscription via the App Store, follow these simple steps to manage your subscription directly from your iOS device:

  • Open Settings: Click on your name at the top.
  • Select 'Subscriptions'.
  • Find and choose the subscription to cancel.
  • Click on 'Cancel Subscription'.

The cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing period.

Google Play Store

: If you have subscribed to a service via the Google Play Store, you can easily manage your subscription with these steps from your Android device:

  • Open the Google Play Store
  • Tap on your profile icon at the top right.
  • Select 'Payments and subscriptions' > 'Subscriptions'.
  • Find and select the subscription you want to cancel. Tap on 'Cancel Subscription'.

Your cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle.
